Hey my aunt died Sept 1st....my uncle Leeland, her husband, felt God's call to go back to the Phillipine Islands....Will go May 2005. Will miss him and cousin dorothy dearly...Carolyn and Leeland was missionaries to Phillipnes for 5 years where they adopted Dorothy. Here is the comment.

Dear Eddie and Sandy:

I went to cemetary and put flowers on grave. It was
hard to leave. My meeting with Director of Foreign
Missions went well. He hired me. I will begin
raising our support Oct. 1st. Dorothy will go with
me; she will have an option to come home within first
6 months if she doesn't like it there. The contract
is for 4 years. After 2 years we will come home for
two months. Then after 4 years we will get 6 month at
home. I will need to go to Evansville, IN for
physical next month and we will need to go to
Springfield, Il to have pictures made.
We will live in a nice house in Davao City with air
conditioning.WOW. The school year will begin June
1st, 2005. We must arrive in the PI by May 1st.
We need to visit at least 75 to 80 churches over next
7 months. The fund raising program uses shares for
$10.00 each month over 4 yrs. We will need 325
shares.
