Got a last minute offer to go to Alabama--with a dear Deaf friend of mine. We are planning a ladies' only trip to Mobile, Alabama with another friend and my friend's daughters. We will stay there a week. Cannot wait! I went to the Gulf of Mexico last summer and LOVED it there. It is sooooo beautiful....BTW, one of the daugthers is the so-called girl friend of my youngest nephew, Ethan. I talked about her in one of my old blogs.



GULF of MEXICO

YAYAYAYAY Loouvahhhhhhh won! Was looking forward for a UL-UK match in the Finals, very rare in Kentucky! BUT Kentucky players blew it away for a chance! so..Michigan State and North Carolina will compete for the final 2 positions as along as Illinois and Louisville. I sincerely hope that Louuuuuvvvahhhh will get one of the 2 final positions! It has been a while since Louisville have been in the final 4.

My hearing brother, Dave and his bro in law Todd is crying up a river right now.....in North Carolina. But they said they would root for NC instead of Louuuvah... Oh well oh vey!

March Madness is here! .Wisc. Milkwaukee upsetted Alabama .....those is a few upsets in the tournament, but Wisc. Milkwaukee surprised me!
Therre were a few excitement in my hometown about Eastern Ky and Univ of Ky playing against each other.. wished that they would meet elsewhere...since Travis Ford is a former UK player...They played a good game, tho.

My parents graduated from Kentucky School fro the Deaf in 1965. They are busy! They will celebrate the 35th anniversary of their marriage (they married in 1970); and the 40th class reunion...PLUS my mom is toying with the idea of going to Gallyland for the 35th anniversary of the class of 1970 ( she was an alumni of Gally, even tho she never graduated)
